Step 1 Cook rice. |

Step 2 Slice spam into 8 even slices. |

Step 3 Heat sesame oil and garlic over medium heat for 30 seconds or until fragrant. |

Step 4 Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dark brown sugar. Mix and warm up briefly. |

Step 5 Add spam slices and cook for 1 minute before turning. Continue to cook for 10 minutes, turning to make sure the spam is coated and caramelized. |

Step 5 Remove and rest for 5 minutes |

Step 6 Clean and dry spam can. Line cn with an 8 x 12 inch piece of cling wrap. |

Step 7 Scoop 3 tbsp of rice into the can and make even. |
|
Step 8 Add a slice of spam. |
|
Step 9 Wrap with nori. |
