[Serves 2]
2 cup white rice 1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 can spam 4 nori sheets

Method Step 1 Cook rice.
Step 2 Slice spam into 8 even slices.
Step 3 Heat sesame oil and garlic over medium heat for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Step 4 Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dark brown sugar. Mix and warm up briefly.
Step 5 Add spam slices and cook for 1 minute before turning. Continue to cook for 10 minutes, turning to make sure the spam is coated and caramelized.
Step 5 Remove and rest for 5 minutes
Step 6 Clean and dry spam can. Line cn with an 8 x 12 inch piece of cling wrap.
Step 7 Scoop 3 tbsp of rice into the can and make even.
Step 8 Add a slice of spam.
Step 9 Wrap with nori.
Suggestions just the spam on rice is pretty good
