1 10'' long lotus root seasoning mix

Method Step 1 Peel lotus root and slice as thinly as possible (1/8'' wide). Dry the slices as much as possible.
Step 2 Place slices into a bowl and coat with seasoning.
Step 3 Place slices on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4 Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until crisp.
